Began playing the piano at age 3. PTNA A1 Grade, first place (age 6). Represented Japan in Premio Mozart International Competition, placed third in youngest age group and received Premio Mozart prize (age 7). Invited to appear in the Zecchino d’Oro on Italian public television as a main guest, traveled to Italy and performed for a live broadcast (age 8). Afterward began touring centered in Europe, received favorably throughout. Third place in Elementary School Division of Vienna Music Competition in Japan (age 12). Held solo recital at Fuchu no Mori Fine Arts Theater at age 14. Second place in Middle School Division of the Japan Classical Music Competition (age 15). Third place in Carl Czerny International Competition in Prague (age 16). Top prize in PTNA Concerto Division.

After graduating high school, moved away from classical piano and began studying jazz and pop in order to broaden her musical horizons, and worked for the next five years supporting artists in a variety of genres, songwriting, and making jazz arrangements for classical performers, among other activities.

After that, having gained confidence in her own way of relating to classical music, she returned to classical piano, performed a piece by Kapustin in the A1 Category of the Grand Muse Division of the 29th PTNA Piano Competition, and took first place.

Her playing style, which infuses classical music with groove, and her original musical arrangements are not contained within the framework of the classical, but leap over the bounds of genre, awakening new emotions and sensations in those who listen.

Her future activity as a pianist, which will no doubt continue to build bridges between genres, is greatly anticipated.
